Bone broth is extremely nutritious, full of collagen, proteins, and vital nutrients and minerals. It has been shown to be a powerful agent in digestive health, joint health, and immunity. It is recommended to drink 1 cup a day, which I prefer to drink in the morning. The beauty of bone broth is that you can truly use almost any bone and vegetable combination you might have on hand. I personally like to make a huge pot of it on the weekend and drink it throughout the week.
