I have seen first-hand the desperation and fear in people living with this progressive autoimmune disease. I have heard them plead with their bodies to “just work again” and their daily battle with their worsening symptoms.

Busy prepping for the week! I always find it’s easier to stay compliant when I have food prepped and ready to go. That way, when it’s 5:30pm and my kids are whining and things feel a bit ⚡️frazzled⚡️in the house, dinner is an easy thing to pull from the fridge and enjoy.
